Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were huge, but I regretted booking the Presidential when the king room would have sufficed. The service was welcoming and particularly courteous at the front desk and housekeeping. The griddle location is reminiscent of upscale times with beautiful wood décor, but some aspects were inadequate. The dining experience was delicious, but a bit pricey for what was offered.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully done with classy traditional decor and high ceilings. The service was top-notch, with the staff always going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The location was perfect, right across from ETSU. However, the dining experience could be improved, and the gravel being transported onto the neighboring building was a bit disruptive. Overall, a wonderful experience!
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were lovely, spacious, and impeccably clean, but the noise from the busy street outside was quite a downside. The service was satisfactory, with staff that were polite and accommodating but lacked a bit of warmth. The location was convenient, close to eateries and stores, but the noise level was a bit too much for my liking. The dining experience, unfortunately, was a major letdown with the food being absolutely terrible, although the pricing was reasonable. Overall, a stay with some pleasant aspects and some significant letdowns.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were spacious and well-laid out, offering ample room for a comfortable stay. The service was top-notch, with the staff always ready to assist. The location was convenient, although not within walking distance to downtown restaurants. The dining experience was delicious and added to the overall value of the stay.
